tinyBuild is a global video game publisher and developer focused on creating long-lasting, sustainable franchises across multiple media formats. Responsible for over 70 titles, including Hello Neighbor, Graveyard Keeper, and Potion Craft, the company has a dozen development studios spread across the US, EU, Serbia, and Ukraine.

We are seeking a QA Engineer to join our team for the Hello Neighbor 3 project. As a key member of our development team at tinyBuild, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and stability of our game. You will be the first and so far the only QA specialist on the project, which will give you the freedom to choose the most effective approach in your work. That is why responsibility, independence, and organization of a specialist are essential to us.

Hello Neighbor 3 is a system-based sandbox, where every path is the right one and every action leads to discovery. We are only considering candidates residing in the European region.

Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

  • Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

  • Performing manual functional, regression, and certification testing;

  • Identifying issues at the in-game/software system level, finding the shortest ways to reproduce them, and logging them in the tracker in a standard format;

  • Communicating and coordinating work with other departments.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • At least 2 years of experience in game development in a relevant position;

  • Experience testing PC games;

  • Experience with pre-release testing

  • Experience testing in the UE engine;

  • Experience compiling and maintaining a project test case database;

  • A gamer mindset, experience playing various game genres is required.

Will be a plus:

  • Gamers experience with immersive sim games
