SAP SD Consultant AMS (Remote, Cluj/Romania)

Role Overview

We are looking for a SAP SD Consultant to join our AMS delivery team. The focus is on order-to-cash and logistics flows, ensuring stable operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for SAP SD (order-to-cash, pricing, billing, logistics)
• Manage incidents, service and change requests
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective measures
• Collaborate with MM, FI/CO, PP modules for integrated flows
• Maintain documentation and support process optimization

Your Profile

• At least 4 years of SAP SD experience in AMS/support
• Solid knowledge of order-to-cash and logistics processes
• German language skills (C1 level)
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• S/4HANA experience is an advantage
