Purpose of processing
We process your personal data solely for the purpose of handling your application, assessing your suitability, and — if agreed — sharing your profile with potential employers.

Legal basis
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR / §26 BDSG (steps prior to entering into an employment contract). If you consent, we may also retain your data for future opportunities under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Recipients
Your data may be shared with selected clients (potential employers) and service providers (e.g., HR software vendors) only as necessary for the recruitment process. You will be informed before data is shared.

Retention / Deletion
If your application does not lead to employment, we will delete your data within 6 months after the end of the recruitment process, unless you consent to longer storage for future opportunities.

Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority.

Automated decisions / AI
Should we use automated systems or AI-based tools in the recruitment process, you will be informed separately and retain your legal rights.

Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
