What You'll Own

• Source, evaluate, and manage acquisition opportunities across multiple industries.
• Lead financial and strategic assessments, due diligence, and deal structuring.
• Manage the full acquisition process from outreach LOI close integration planning.
• Build relationships with founders, brokers, and industry partners to grow deal flow.
• Create simple, repeatable systems for pipeline tracking, reporting, and integration.
  

The Skills You Bring

• 2-5+ years in acquisitions, corporate development, VC, PE, or consulting.
• Strong financial modeling, diligence, and deal evaluation skills.

• Relationship-driven communicator with high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to operate independently, make decisions with incomplete data, and thrive in ambiguity.
• Strategic thinker who can learn new industries quickly and simplify complex decisions.
  

What Success Looks Like

• Build a qualified deal pipeline within the first 30 days.
• Issue LOIs and advance priority opportunities through diligence.
• Close a first acquisition and lead integration planning within the early months.
• Establish repeatable systems for sourcing, evaluation, and reporting across future deals.
  

Contractor Details

• Fully remote

• Independent contractor: responsible for own taxes, benefits, and insurance
• Expected commitment: 30-40 hrs/week
