Corporate Associate Attorney

Our client, a top regional law firm, is seeking a second- to third-year (ONLY) Corporate Associate to join its nationally recognized corporate and transactional practice. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney with strong analytical and drafting skills who is eager to take on meaningful responsibility within a collaborative, high-performing team.

The successful candidate will have experience working on complex corporate transactions, including buy- and sell-side M&A, cross-border matters, and general corporate work. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key contributor while gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of sophisticated transactions and corporate governance matters.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Meaningful exposure to M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cross-border transactions and general corporate matters.
• An active Georgia law license is required.
• German language proficiency is not required, but is a plus given the firm's growing cross-border practice.
• Very strong academic credentials are required
