Our client, a healthcare AI startup, is seeking Sales Development Representatives to help drive the next phase of growth.

As an SDR, you'll sit at the front line of the company's go-to-market motion — identifying and engaging health system leaders, generating a qualified pipeline, and helping expand awareness of an innovative AI platform transforming healthcare operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to master consultative prospecting and grow into a future Account Executive position.

What You'll Do

  • Research target accounts across IDNs, academic medical centers, and regional health systems, identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, industry events) while qualifying inbound interest
  • Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to build account strategies, schedule meetings, and advance opportunities
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and accurate activity tracking
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to refine messaging and campaigns
  • Represent the company's mission and values in every interaction with prospective healthcare customers

What Were Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (6–12 months SDR experience ideal)
  • Demonstrated drive and competitive spirit — strong performers, elite athletes, or ambitious new grads encouraged to apply
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and cold-calling
  • Understanding of basic sales fundamentals (CRM usage, ICP development, pipeline building)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high agency, low ego, and strong collaboration skills
  • Background in or strong interest in healthcare, pharma, or health systems is a plus
