Our client, a healthcare startup, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid & Organic to join its growing marketing organization. This role is ideal for an experienced, data-driven marketer who can own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns while also shaping the companys organic social presence.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will manage paid social across key platforms and guide the social content calendar, working closely with creative partners to tell compelling brand stories and bring the companys mission to life across social channels. While the initial focus will be on paid social, the role will expand to support media efforts across additional channels over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, execute, and scale paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok, managing budgets to efficiently grow reach and engagement
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Develop and present performance reports with clear insights, learnings, and recommendations
  • Partner closely with creative teams to ideate and produce high-performing ad assets that drive awareness and engagement
  • Stay current on cultural trends, social media behaviors, and platform or algorithm changes
  • Design and manage testing roadmaps, launch schedules, and optimization timelines for campaigns and product launches
  • Own the social content calendar and manage paid and owned content across paid social, organic social, and influencer marketing
  • Oversee influencer campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, sourcing, contracting, briefing, and content delivery
  • Support the expansion of media efforts into new channels over time

What Makes You a Fit

  • 3–6 years of experience running paid social campaigns, ideally with exposure to organic social
  • Experience at a design-centric company in B2C tech, digital health, fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces, or beauty
  • Background in agency and in-house environments; experience managing influencer campaigns or UGC is a plus
  • Highly analytical, performance-driven mindset with hands-on experience managing CAC, ROAS, testing, and optimization
  • Strong creative judgment with a keen eye for premium brand storytelling and design
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex performance insights to non-marketers
