Construction Associate - Hybrid

Our client an Am 200 law firm is seeking an associate with 2+ years of construction experience for its Construction Business Unit in Scottsdale, AZ.

Ideal candidates will have courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience; strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills. Prior experience handling construction claims including litigation and/or arbitration; preparation of construction industry contracts for owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals considered a plus.

Successful candidates must have excellent analytical skills and be detail-oriented, highly organized, and must possess a solid work ethic.

All candidates must have a strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school and must be currently licensed to practice law in Arizona.
