About the job Employment Lawyer
Our client, a top national management-side labor and employment law firm, is seeking experienced Employment Attorneys (5+ years) to join as Counsel.
This fully remote role focuses on managing administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation matters for a diverse client base, including organizations covered by Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI). The position offers the opportunity to work closely with firm partners and a collaborative team of attorneys and paralegals while maintaining flexibility in a remote environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in employment law, experience working with administrative agencies, and hands-on litigation experience in federal and state courts. This role emphasizes tactical case management, with minimal in-person appearances for depositions, hearings, conferences, or trials.
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 5+ years of employment law and litigation experience REQUIRED
- Active bar membership in good standing
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- California bar admission
Preferred:
- Prior law firm experience
- Experience handling EPLI-covered matters
