Corporate Associate Attorney

Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a mid-to-senior level Corporate Associate to join its Startup & Venture Capital Group. This role is open to candidates in the firm's Bay Area offices (Mountain View or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, or Boston.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on startups, venture capital, and emerging growth companies. An interest in or experience advising technology and/or life sciences companies is required. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with founders and investors at all stages of company growth.

Qualifications

• Class years 2020–2023 only
• Minimum of 3+ years of corporate law experience focused on startups, venture capital, and emerging companies
• Experience advising technology and/or life sciences companies
• Strong transactional experience within a law firm environment
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• In-house candidates welcome, provided they have prior law firm experience
• Admission to the bar in the applicable jurisdiction, or eligibility to sit for or waive into the next bar exam
