Our client, a software development startup, is hiring Sales Development Representatives to help accelerate top-of-funnel growth. This role is ideal for highly motivated, early-career professionals who are hungry to learn, creative in their outreach, and excited to build a pipeline in a fast-moving technical environment.
We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of results, and wants to make a meaningful impact at an early-stage company.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business pipeline through research, outbound prospecting, and targeted outreach into technical and developer-focused accounts
- Craft highly personalized messaging that resonates with engineers, AI teams, and technical buyers
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine ICPs, messaging, and outbound strategies
- Take ownership of your funnel by building efficient prospecting systems and identifying opportunities to scale outreach
- Act as a frontline voice of the market, sharing insights on messaging, objections, and trends directly with the founding team
What Were Looking For
- 0–1 years of sales or prospecting experience — strong new grads encouraged to apply
- Entrepreneurial, athletic, or competitive backgrounds preferred
- Experience with outbound sales motions (not solely inbound)
- Track record of strong activity levels and pipeline contribution
- Familiarity with GTM tools such as Unify, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or CRM platforms is a plus
- Strong written communication skills and ability to craft tailored outreach
- High drive, intellectual curiosity, coachability, and a low-ego team mindset
