Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media management
- Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram platforms for business
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns
- Willing to work with US time based clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content creation and engagement
- Strong client relationship management skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across multiple social media platforms.
- Create and publish on-brand, engaging content (captions, visuals, and reels) that drives reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce campaign materials.
- Build and manage community engagement responding to comments, messages, and trends in real time.
- Conceptualize and execute brand activations (campaigns, contests, collaborations, or influencer tie-ups) that boost brand visibility.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth) and present reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on trends, memes, and best practices to keep content fresh and culturally relevant.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and delivering regular updates on campaign performance.
- Present insights and recommendations to clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their objectives.
