Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management
  • Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram platforms for business
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns
  • Willing to work with US time based clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content creation and engagement
  • Strong client relationship management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars across multiple social media platforms.
  • Create and publish on-brand, engaging content (captions, visuals, and reels) that drives reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce campaign materials.
  • Build and manage community engagement responding to comments, messages, and trends in real time.
  • Conceptualize and execute brand activations (campaigns, contests, collaborations, or influencer tie-ups) that boost brand visibility.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth) and present reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on trends, memes, and best practices to keep content fresh and culturally relevant.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and delivering regular updates on campaign performance.
  • Present insights and recommendations to clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their objectives.
