Graphic & Web/App Designer – Lineage Journey | Hybrid Set up (4 days onsite at Nuvali, Laguna and 1 day work from home)
Position Overview
Lineage Journey is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content that elevates our mission and strengthens our global impact. This role is ideal for a creative who thrives in a fast-paced ministry environment and can take projects from concept to completion with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design compelling posters, flyers, brochures, and print materials for events, resources, and campaigns.
- Create engaging social media graphics, story assets, thumbnails, and digital promotional content.
- Assist in the development and layout of books, study guides, and educational resources.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Contribute to web and app design, including UI elements, layout mockups, and user experience improvements.
- Maintain and evolve Lineage Journeys brand guidelines across all creative touchpoints.
- Work closely with the media, marketing, and content teams to deliver visuals that align with project goals.
- Design monthly newsletters on Mailchimp that captivate and engage our users.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining creative excellence.
Manage the online library of Lineage Journey filming photos, ensuring organization, accessibility, and proper usage.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of digital and print work.
- Expert proficiency in:
- Figma
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and ministry-appropriate design aesthetics.
- Ability to translate conceptual ideas into polished, meaningful visuals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in Christian or educational media.
- Familiarity with video production workflows or motion graphics.
- Understanding of UI/UX best practices.
