Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna (Hybrid - 4 days onsite and 1 day wfh)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer / Paid Ads Strategist who can plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, understands full-funnel marketing, and can maximize results while collaborating regularly with the executive and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan ad strategies based on client goals (lead generation, awareness, conversions).
  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Create and test audiences, placements, bidding and types, and creative variations.
  • Set up tracking pixels, events, custom conversions and CAPI.
  • Work closely with the client team on ad copy and video direction.
  • Monitor performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Produce weekly and monthly campaign reports with insights and next steps.
  • Coordinate with the Growth Team to improve data performance with less quality lead.
  • Use Go High Level to review pipelines, track lead quality, verify form submissions, and support sales automation alignment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of proven work experience in ads for brands or marketing agencies.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager for Meta and Google Ads.
  • Experience with pixel setup, events, conversion tracking, and attributions.
  • Ability to measure, track, and implement optimizations to reduce CPA/ROAS.
  • Familiarity with Go High Level for checking lead pipelines, tracking submissions, and aligning campaigns with submissions.
  • Ability to manage and scale large campaigns with big budgets.
  • Amenable to ad hoc client meetings, with flexibility to accommodate various time zones as needed

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads.
  • Experience with e-commerce (catalog and ASA) optimization.
  • Understanding of funnel strategies and the testing.
  • A testing experience with creatives and landing pages.
