Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate is skilled in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, with a strong ability to interpret trends and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics

• Provide recommendations on reports that can be applied to the products.

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business strategies

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs

• Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency

• Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights

• Support data-driven decision-making across teams

• Understand the product goals and generate metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field

• 1–3+ years of experience in data analysis or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables)

• Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio)

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
