Digital Marketing Specialist | Hybrid Set-up (4 days onsite and 1 day wfh)

Position Overview

Lineage Journey is seeking a skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online marketing efforts across search, social, email, and paid advertising. This role will focus on growing our digital reach, increasing website engagement, boosting sales and donations, and strengthening our overall online presence. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and able to work collaboratively with our design and web teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficient in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong experience using:

    • Meta Business Suite
    • Google Ads (AdWords)
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Search Console
    • Google Trends
    • Google Keyword Planner
    • Google Workspace
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns and experience with large paid advertising budgets.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organisational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a creative and technical team environment.


Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimise a $12,000 monthly Google Ads budget to maximise ROI.
  • Create, launch, and manage new marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other social platforms to drive sales, donations, and website interaction.
  • Continuously monitor campaign data, analyse performance metrics, and make strategic adjustments for optimal results.
  • Manage all paid advertising campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.

Collaboration & User Experience

  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer and Web Developer to enhance user experience and develop strong, cohesive campaigns.
  • Ensure all digital assets, landing pages, and campaign materials are aligned and conversion-focused.

SEO & Website Optimisation

  • Optimise website SEO to increase search visibility, improve rankings, and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, implement best-practice SEO strategies, and monitor ongoing performance.

Email Marketing

  • Create and manage engaging email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated journeys.
  • Use email strategies to nurture leads, increase engagement, and support marketing goals.
