Job Description
As a Marketing Project Manager you will manage cross-functional teams, timelines, and resources to ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing and project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Project Team Leadership: Provide direction and mentorship to team members, encouraging a productive and high performing team environment.
- Strategic Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage marketing projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and goals.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee resource planning and task distribution to maximize output and maintain project momentum.
- Project Risk Management: Anticipate potential challenges and establish contingency plans to support smooth and uninterrupted execution.
- Project Monitoring & Analysis: Evaluate progress through measurable indicators to keep projects aligned with planned schedules and costs.
- Standards & Compliance: Oversee project processes to guarantee deliverables meet quality benchmarks and align with overall project aims.
- Stakeholder Management: Effective communication with key stakeholders, including marketing leadership and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and project success.
- Communication: Ensure transparent and timely communication with stakeholders, sharing updates regularly and addressing issues as they arise.
- Process Improvement: Introduce and apply best practices to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project management workflows.
- Organizational Planning: Assist in designing and executing business strategies that support company vision, while collaborating with executives on priority setting.
Qualifications
- At least have 35 years of experience managing marketing projects, with a strong track record of delivering results in dynamic, high-performance environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of marketing strategies and platforms, including experience executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Skilled in project planning, timeline management, and risk mitigation, using tools like Jira.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in monitoring and reporting key project KPIs and performance data.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring project alignment with business goals.
- Able to manage and adapt to project changes while aligning with business objectives.
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently, fostering positive relationships with the stakeholders.
