Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, assertive and detail-oriented People and Culture Specialist to play a key role in supporting and improving core People & Culture functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and culture-building initiatives and Employer of Record (EOR) support services.. This elevated role will take greater ownership of assigned processes, provide consistent support to employees and leaders, and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive workplace aligned with Tito Solutions Core Values

Responsibilities:

Recruitment, Sourcing, and EOR Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and post job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using ATS tools and other sourcing methods.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain, update, and nurture talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
  • Assist in improving recruitment processes by recommending enhancements and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Support sourcing initiatives for the company's Employer of Record (EOR) services, including identifying and endorsing qualified talents for client requirements.
  • Assist in ensuring EOR employees meet onboarding, compliance, and documentation requirements in coordination with internal teams and clients.

Onboarding:

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding schedules, activities, and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Ensure new employees complete all required documentation, equipment requests, and training requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and concerns throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Recommend improvements to onboarding workflows and documentation.
  • Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities for EOR employees to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience.

Fostering and Employee Engagement:

  • Support and help execute employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, virtual events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Assist in implementing feedback mechanisms (pulse surveys, check-ins, sentiment reporting) to identify engagement or morale gaps.
  • Monitor engagement data and propose actionable insights for team improvements.
  • Support HR-led wellness, culture, and community programs to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Help foster engagement and retention initiatives for both internal and EOR employees.

People and Culture Development

  • Serve as a culture ambassador by actively promoting organizational values in daily interactions.
  • Support ongoing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for culture, values, and development-related projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen communication and employee experience.

HR Administration and Reporting

  • Maintain, organize, and update employee records in HRIS and internal systems.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on recruitment performance, onboarding status, engagement trends, and retention metrics.
  • Assist in basic employee relations tasks such as attendance monitoring, minor case documentation, and employee queries.
  • Support compliance with HR policies, procedures, and Philippine labor laws.
  • Participate in process improvement projects and help draft or revise HR forms, SOPs, and guideline documents.
  • Support HR documentation, monitoring, and coordination related to EOR employees and client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations (internship + full-time experience counted).
  • Proven ability to handle independent tasks such as screening, onboarding coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Experience using HRIS, ATS, or other HR-related systems for record-keeping and recruitment workflows.
  • Working knowledge of basic employee engagement practices, onboarding processes, and HR administrative functions.
  • Basic understanding of Philippine labor standards (attendance, onboarding requirements, employment documents).
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, PMAP, DDI) are a plus but not required.
