Website Content Manager | Hybrid Set up (4 days onsite and 1 day wfh)

Overview

Lineage Journey is looking for a Website Content Manager to lead the creation, management, and optimization of our website content. This role plays a key part in shaping how our brand communicates online—ensuring every page, message, and user journey is clear, engaging, and conversion-driven. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and development teams to build a seamless digital experience that reflects our mission and drives growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management

  • Manage and update all website content including landing pages, blogs, and core pages
  • Manage and update Youtube Channel
  • Oversee content publishing using CMS platforms (e.g., Prismic, Wistia)
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all pages

Content Strategy

  • Develop and execute a website content strategy aligned with marketing and business goals
  • Plan and maintain content calendars for website updates and campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to improve content performance and user experience

SEO & Optimization

  • Optimize pages for search visibility (keywords, metadata, internal linking)
  • Work with SEO and performance teams to improve rankings and organic traffic
  • Continuously refine content based on data insights

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with designers and developers to ensure content is visually and functionally optimized
  • Align website messaging with paid ads, social media, and overall campaigns
  • Coordinate approvals and revisions with internal stakeholders

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor key metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions
  • Generate reports and provide actionable insights
  • Implement improvements based on performance data

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and user-friendly
  • Maintain proper website structure, navigation, and content flow

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years experience in website content management or digital marketing
  • Strong experience with CMS platforms (Webflow preferred)
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Basic understanding of website structure and UX
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
