Social Media, Website, & Content Manager | Hybrid Set up (4 days onsite and 1 day wfh)
Position Overview
Lineage Journey is seeking a detail-oriented Website & Content Manager to manage, schedule, and publish content across our website, apps, and social media platforms. This role ensures our digital presence remains accurate, functional, engaging, and aligned with our mission.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., Prismic, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of image selection, sizing, and formatting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and YouTube Creator Studio.
- Must be proficient in English (written and verbal)
Key Responsibilities
Website & App Management
- Schedule, update, and publish content on the Lineage Journey website and apps.
- Ensure all website elements are operational, functioning correctly, and displaying properly.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized databases for articles, media, and resources.
- Source and upload images for articles, posts, and other content.
- Review and verify all published content for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
Social Media & YouTube Management
- Manage Lineage Journeys social media pages across relevant platforms.
- Upload and schedule posts, videos, and announcements across social media and YouTube.
- Write clear, engaging, and accurate descriptions for social media posts and YouTube uploads.
- Plan and schedule content releases to maintain a consistent posting rhythm.
- Monitor published content to ensure correct formatting, links, and visual quality.
