For my client, a fast-growing international Fintech with offices in Mexico and Serbia, we are searching for a talented Senior Human Talent Generalist to join their dynamic People team. This role is 100% remote, and requires fluency in both EnglishandRussian.
We are looking for a highly driven professional who combines operational excellence with strategic vision. You will take full ownership of core People processes across the region, acting as the primary HR contact and driving initiatives in close collaboration with the global HR team. From recruitment to onboarding, talent development, and culture-building, youll play a vital role in shaping an exceptional employee experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
WHAT WERE SEEKING IN OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in fast-paced, international, or startup environments.
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and HR generalist functions.
- Fluent in EnglishandRussian (spoken and written).
- Strong project management and organizational skills with an ability to lead initiatives independently.
- Hands-on and proactive mindset, not afraid to challenge outdated processes or suggest improvements.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping scale HR operations in evolving environments.
- Experience with tools like Notion, ATS, or HRIS is highly desirable.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from intake and sourcing to offer and onboarding across departments.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to managers and teams, advising on structure, team dynamics, and performance.
- Lead or support initiatives in employer branding, training & development, and organizational culture.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all local HR matters, ensuring alignment with global People processes.
- Identify operational challenges and propose scalable solutions to improve execution and agility.
- Collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders (regional managers, global HR, external vendors) to ensure smooth delivery of HR programs.
- Ensure HR operations are fully compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and improve HR documentation and tools experience with Notion or similar systems is a plus.
