What will you do in this position?
You will be the Recruiter responsible for engaging exceptional candidates and matching them with high-quality opportunities across the companys partner network.
This role requires strong communication, structured evaluation, hands-on execution and the ability to thrive in an early-stage, high-velocity environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the full recruiting cycle: engage, screen and guide top talent through a high-quality end-to-end experience.

Match candidates to high-growth opportunities across the partner network, ensuring alignment with skills, motivations and role needs.

Drive recruitment performance by optimizing outreach, improving funnel conversions and maintaining accurate, organized pipelines.

Collaborate closely with the founders to refine processes, share insights and contribute to the evolution of the AI-powered hiring product.

Operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment, owning communication quality, execution speed and cross-functional collaboration.
What should you have prior to joining?

Experience in recruiting or sales, managing candidate pipelines, interviews or lead lists.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Ability to operate in fast-paced, agile or early-stage environments.

Comfort working with digital tools, AI-driven platforms and structured workflows.
