What will you do in this position?

You will be the Recruiter responsible for engaging exceptional candidates and matching them with high-quality opportunities across the companys partner network.
This role requires strong communication, structured evaluation, hands-on execution and the ability to thrive in an early-stage, high-velocity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruiting cycle: engage, screen and guide top talent through a high-quality end-to-end experience.

• Match candidates to high-growth opportunities across the partner network, ensuring alignment with skills, motivations and role needs.

• Drive recruitment performance by optimizing outreach, improving funnel conversions and maintaining accurate, organized pipelines.

• Collaborate closely with the founders to refine processes, share insights and contribute to the evolution of the AI-powered hiring product.

• Operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment, owning communication quality, execution speed and cross-functional collaboration.

What should you have prior to joining?

• Experience in recruiting or sales, managing candidate pipelines, interviews or lead lists.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to operate in fast-paced, agile or early-stage environments.

• Comfort working with digital tools, AI-driven platforms and structured workflows.

• A proactive, adaptable and data-driven mindset, focused on execution and constant improvement.
