What You'll Do

• Architect, design, and implement solutions to modernize existing applications into cloud-native architectures

• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable automated, zero-downtime deployments (blue/green deployments)

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability using microservices and containerized solutions

• Work with container orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Ensure application security, stability, and compliance with industry best practices

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve production issues

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, APIs, and CI/CD workflows

• Train and support development teams in new tools, processes, and modern engineering practices

• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the technology stack

What Were Looking For

• Senior-level experience as a Software Engineer or Platform Engineer

• Strong knowledge of modern software development practices, including Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps principles

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Solid understanding of microservices and service-oriented architectures (SOA)

• Proficiency with Git and modern source control practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have

• Strong knowledge of Core Java (latest versions)

• Experience with Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Security) and Hibernate

• Proficiency in SQL, JDBC, JPA, and database management

• Experience with API design and integration

• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG
