Important international company specializing in global services and multicultural operations is seeking its next Global People & Talent Lead, who will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition, employee experience, and retention strategy for international operations, ensuring the development of high-performing teams aligned with business goals and customer experience standards.
What will you do in this role?
- Design and execute the global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for international operations.
- Implement recruitment and employee experience metrics and KPIs.
- Lead and develop multicultural recruitment teams.
- Design and implement retention, engagement, and employee wellbeing strategies.
- Coordinate performance evaluation, development, and career path processes.
- Analyze talent metrics to anticipate risks and improve retention.
- Act as a strategic business partner for Customer Success, Operations, and regional leadership teams.
What requirements should you meet?
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- +5 years of experience in recruitment and talent management, ideally within BPO, IT, or global services companies.
- Experience leading multicultural teams.
- Experience implementing employee experience and retention strategies.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing talent KPIs.
- Advanced English level (C1 or above).
- Portuguese is a plus.
