This role oversees development teams and projects, ensuring delivery within quality, schedule, milestone, and budget goals. Serving as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders, it focuses on projects and support for Enrollment and Process Automation applications. The position manages both on-shore and off-shore teams, providing daily support across a portfolio of applications, including project planning and tracking, resource management, issue resolution, and status reporting.

What You'll Do

• Acted as a key technical liaison between business stakeholders and onshore/offshore development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Participated across all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

• Designed, developed, and maintained full-stack applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement front-end and back-end features aligned with business needs

• Contributed to code reviews, enforcing best practices, coding standards, and high-quality deliverables

• Assisted in troubleshooting and resolving critical production issues in a timely manner

• Worked closely with product owners and business teams to refine requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with strategic goals

• Supported planning and estimation activities, providing technical input on scope, timelines, and feasibility

• Participated in continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and application architecture

• Ensured reliable and maintainable solutions through clean code, testing, and documentation

 What Were Looking For

• Experience with enrollment technologies and process automation

• ENGLISH ADVANCE

• Advanced knowledge of Azure, .NET, Java, Angular

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proven relationship management, negotiation, and decision-making skills

• Practical knowledge of system development life cycles and project methodologies

• Experience in project management and Agile development practices

• Ability to work effectively with users at all organizational levels

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
