Talent Acquisition & HR Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years in human resources, to lead global recruitment efforts and enhance its talent strategy across offices in the Americas and Europe. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while also contributing to broader HR functions such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, and talent development.

What will you do in this position?

• Manage full-cycle global recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Identify and activate sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and universities.
• Draft offer letters aligned with legal standards and organizational policies.
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to tailor offers and manage vendor relationships.
• Analyze talent and HR trends to develop and implement competitive strategies in compensation, benefits, employee development, and organizational culture. Manage HR systems and processes, ensuring effective onboarding, offboarding, and overall employee lifecycle administration.
• Foster an inclusive and engaging work environment that supports retention and growth.

What should you bring:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external candidates.
• High service orientation and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher.
