Role Objective:
Lead the growth and performance marketing strategy in a global tech company by combining data analysis and agile execution. This role is responsible for driving tangible growth through optimized campaigns, qualified lead generation, and effective conversion, maximizing return on investment. The ideal candidate will operate with full autonomy, be results-driven, and capable of translating budgets into real business impact. What will you do in this role?

  • Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy with full autonomy and executive visibility - designing, launching, and optimizing multi-channel B2B campaigns that deliver qualified leads with increasing ROAS and decreasing CAC.
  • Become the HubSpot power user who creates automated, data-driven workflows that scale our robotics and OOH advertising businesses across key verticals.
  • Leverage AI and analytics tools to continuously optimize campaign performance, identifying high-ROI channels and rapidly adjusting strategy based on real-time data.
  • Collaborate directly with the sales team to refine lead quality and ensure smooth handoffs through a sophisticated lead scoring system.
  • Deliver concise, insight-packed reports to leadership showing clear attribution between marketing efforts and business outcomes.


What should you bring?

  • 5+ years of proven growth marketing experience with a portfolio of successful B2B lead generation campaigns and metrics showing how you've improved ROAS while decreasing CAC and increasing lead volume and conversions.
  • Demonstrated expertise with digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, HubSpot) with examples of how you've optimized budgets across channels for maximum ROI.
  • Advanced proficiency in leveraging data analytics and AI tools to scale marketing impact.
  • Track record of creating compelling content strategies that have educated prospects about complex, innovative products.
  • Experience applying account-based marketing approaches for enterprise sales with proven results in technology, robotics, or advertising industries.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high autonomy and a bias for execution over planning.
