• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
• Optimize lead conversion through digital tools, automation, and data analysis.
• Coordinate marketing teams across business units to ensure cohesive and strategic execution.

What should you bring to the table?

• Proven experience as a Marketing Director or Senior Marketing Manager, focused on demand generation and conversion.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, etc.) and traditional marketing (events, print campaigns).
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Advanced English; experience working with U.S. clients is a strong plus.
