Scaffolding Supervisor

A recognized company in the manufacturing sector is seeking its Scaffolding Supervisor in Georgetown, Guyana, who will coordinate and control the work of the dependent team based on assigned scaffolding activities.

Reporting directly to the Works Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be:

Ensure that operators and all personnel belonging to the team strictly observe applicable safety standards.

Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project quality requirements.

Coordinate with work supervisors of other disciplines to understand the requirements of the scaffold to be done and give instructions to the team accordingly.

What should you have previously?

Knowledge of the main international construction standards and codes.

Ability to read and interpret technical project documents.

Understanding of how a project execution and construction plan is framed, and ability to execute the construction plan.

Knowledge of scaffolding erection sequences, materials, and methodologies.
