Our client is a fast-growing, AI-driven recruiting startup reshaping how top talent connects with high-growth technology companies. They partner with early-stage and VC-backed startups in the U.S., operating with the speed, ownership, and execution mindset of a true digital-first organization.
This is not a traditional recruiter role. Its an opportunity for someone who thrives in high-velocity environments, enjoys owning outcomes, and wants to work closely with founders while helping shape an AI-powered hiring product.
What will you do in this role?
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for engaging, evaluating, and matching top-tier talent with high-growth opportunities across the companys partner network.
Youll operate hands-on, managing multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring speed, quality, and strong candidate experience at every step.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting cycle end-to-end: candidate engagement, screening, interviews, and guidance through offer stage.
- Match candidates to high-growth tech opportunities, ensuring strong alignment between skills, motivations, and company needs.
- Manage and prioritize multiple clients and roles in parallel (high volume, fast-moving environment).
- Drive recruiting performance by:
- Improving funnel conversion rates
- Maintaining clean, accurate pipelines
- Optimizing outreach and follow-ups
- Collaborate closely with founders and leadership, sharing insights and contributing to the evolution of the AI-powered hiring platform.
- Operate with high ownership over communication quality, execution speed, and outcomes.
What should you have prior to joining?
Must-haves
- 2–8 years of experience in recruiting agencies or headhunting firms (this is not an in-house TA role).
- Direct experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients and candidates.
- Exposure to tech startup roles, ideally:
- Engineering (Software, Data, AI, Product)
- GTM (Sales, Growth, RevOps, Marketing)
- Strong ability to quantify performance (placements, bookings, revenue, conversion rates).
- Excellent English communication skills (clarity and structure are more important than accent).
- Comfortable working 50 hours a week.
Nice to have (big plus)
- Experience working with AI-driven recruiting tools, automation, or advanced ATS platforms.
- Ability to think in processes and systems, not just execution.
- Experience giving feedback or collaborating with product or engineering teams.
