This position will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating IT operational activities within Chubbs Infrastructure area, with a focus on Change Management. The Change Manager will be in charge of handling requests that correspond to a Change Ticket or that become one within the Technology Operating Center, while ensuring the quality and integrity of the process at all times. Key responsibilities include leading the weekly CAB meeting, producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on change tickets, upcoming deployments, and the achievement of objectives and SLAs. This role requires strong knowledge and advanced proficiency with the ServiceNow ITSM tool.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure the quality and integrity of the Change Management processes.
  • Guarantee the accuracy and proper documentation of tickets and tasks.
  • Identify the Technical Approval Managers responsible for each ticket or task.
  • Ensure compliance with disciplines, policies, and processes across the organization.
  • Coordinate the work of Change Analysts, as well as external teams and vendors, to ensure ticket accuracy, manage required approvals, and review/validate changes within the Change Advisory Board (CAB).

Technology Support

  • Serve as a member of the Incident, Problem & Change (IPC) Management Team within the Technology Operating Center.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of various technology platforms, including Mainframe, Open Systems, Storage, Windows, and Linux.
  • Be familiar with both On-Premises and Cloud infrastructure architectures.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to eliminate systemic issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Interact with vendor partners to ensure that true root causes are identified and remediated.

Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to compliance and audit requirements.
  • Contribute actively to audit and compliance processes as a key component of the role.

Service Excellence

  • Ensure timely restoration of IT service delivery.
  • Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to management regarding service status.
  • Evaluate service reports, identify issues, and proactively drive corrective actions in problem areas.

IT Partnership

  • Leverage the broader IT organization to deliver and communicate business value.
  • Facilitate business discussions that enable IT to address current and future business needs.

️ What Were Looking For

  • IT professional with 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure, operations, compliance, and/or security.
  • Solid experience in ServiceNow, managing a high volume of tickets.
  • Experience in project management and business analysis.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and platforms (preferred).
  • ITIL v3 or higher experience/certification.
  • Action- and closure-oriented, with a strong results focus.
  • Advanced organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration skills within a team.
