We are looking for a highly results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities and drive client acquisition (new logos) across Europe and other international markets.
This role is key to expanding our global BPO operations, responsible for building pipeline from scratch, opening new markets, and positioning our solutions with strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation (Outbound)
- Identify and prospect new clients across European markets
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (cold calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Business Development (New Logos)
- Open new accounts and generate interest from net-new clients
- Position BPO solutions across key areas (customer service, sales, back office, automation)
- Schedule meetings with key decision-makers
- Qualification & Handoff
- Conduct initial discovery to identify client needs
- Qualify opportunities and ensure effective handoff to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM data
- Performance & Metrics
- Meet and exceed KPIs, including: pipeline generation, opportunities created, new logos, activity levels, and revenue targets
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, pre-sales, and solutions teams
- Share market insights to improve positioning and campaigns
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as BDR, SDR (outbound), or in B2B/B2C business development
- Proven experience building pipeline and opening new markets
- Experience in international markets (Europe preferred)
- C1 level English
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and resilience
- Experience in BPO, outsourcing, or tech services
- Knowledge of consultative sales and complex sales cycles
