A leading company in the food production industry is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the full production lifecycle. This role is responsible for efficient scheduling, inventory control, team leadership, and driving continuous process improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage daily production schedules based on demand and inventory levels
  • Supervise warehouse and logistics functions, including receiving, storage, shipping, and order fulfillment
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, production efficiency, waste, and delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely raw material availability and shipment of finished goods
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control strategies
  • Maintain high standards of quality and food safety compliance across all processes
  • Train, lead, and evaluate team members; assist with staffing and performance management
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce costs
  • Support safety and GMP compliance, including proper use of PPE and adherence to all facility protocols
