### **Key Responsibilities**
**Repair and Service Work**
* Inspect and repair ITH tools both in-house and at customer field locations.
* Perform in-house calibration of ITH tools to ensure functionality and precision.
**Field Service and Support**
* Travel to customer sites (up to 40% of the time) to operate ITH tooling on various applications.
* Offer on-site training and product demonstrations to customers.
* Provide support for sales activities by demonstrating tool functionality and use.
**Toolbox Fabrication and Maintenance**
* Modify and prepare toolboxes for ITH tool kits, including necessary painting and applying decals.
* Maintain inventory records and assist with physical inventory counts.
**Booth Shipments for Exhibitions**
* Pack and unpack ITH booth and tools for various trade shows and exhibitions.
**Customer Service and Communication**
* Answer customer calls and provide timely assistance, guidance, and service.
* Generate service reports using computer systems, tracking parts used from stock.
**Conversions and Modifications**
* Perform product conversions based on production orders as required.
