TMGM Services – Referral Program Terms & Conditions

These Referral Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in the employee or external referral program (“Program”) administered by TMGM Services ("the Company"). By submitting a candidate referral to TMGM Services, you ("Referrer") agree to the following:

  1. Eligibility to Participate

    • Referrers must be either current TMGM Services employees or approved external participants.

    • Referrers must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to participate in this program in their respective country.

    • Referrals for current or past TMGM employees or for individuals already in the application process are not eligible.

  2. Referral Submission Process

    • All referrals must be submitted through the official TMGM Services referral form, portal, or approved channel.

    • Each referral must include the candidate’s full name, contact information, and relevant qualifications or résumé.

    • Referrers must disclose any personal or professional relationship with the referred candidate.

  3. Reward Eligibility

    • A referral reward will only be granted if the referred candidate is hired into a qualifying role and successfully completes a designated probation or onboarding period (typically 90 days unless otherwise stated).

    • The referred candidate must acknowledge the referrer at the time of application or during the initial hiring process.

  4. Reward Payment

    • Reward amounts, payment methods, and timelines will be determined solely by TMGM Services and may vary based on role or location.

    • TMGM Services reserves the right to withhold reward payment in cases of duplicate referrals, incomplete information, or if the candidate is not successfully hired or retained.

    • Rewards may be considered taxable income, and it is the responsibility of the recipient to comply with local tax regulations.

  5. Disqualification

    • Referrals made with false, misleading, or incomplete information will be disqualified.

    • Self-referrals, or referring a candidate in violation of any laws or TMGM policies (e.g., confidentiality agreements, data privacy laws), will result in disqualification from the program.

  6. Program Modifications and Termination

    • TMGM Services reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

    • Any disputes or issues arising from the Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of TMGM Services.

  7. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

    • Referrers must treat all information related to the referral process as confidential.

    • Referrer and candidate personal data will be handled in accordance with TMGM Services’ privacy policies and applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
