Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Media Management
- Develop and Execute: Design and deploy comprehensive, integrated communication strategies that are tightly aligned with core business objectives and growth plans.
- Principal Spokesperson: Act as the official company spokesperson and primary media liaison, especially for all critical, high-stakes announcements and public engagements in a regulated environment.
- Executive Counsel: Provide astute, real-time strategic advisory and counsel to the Senior Leadership Team, informed by continuous monitoring of the public and media environment.
- Message Coherence: Ensure absolute consistency and strategic coherence across all organizational messaging, both internal and external.
Digital Ecosystem & Engagement
- Strategic Oversight: Govern the entire digital strategy, covering the corporate website, all social media channels, and online outreach programs.
- Data-Driven Content: Champion innovative, data-driven content initiatives aimed at significantly enhancing audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Performance Optimization: Utilize digital performance metrics and advanced analytics to continually refine and optimize audience engagement methodologies.
️ Brand Governance & Creative Direction
- Brand Guardian: Serve as the uncompromising guardian of the corporate identity, enforcing strict consistency in branding, visual standards, and tone of voice across all organizational output.
- Creative Vision: Establish the creative vision and high-quality standards for all communication and promotional materials.
Public Advocacy & Community Investment
- Reputation Campaigns: Design and execute targeted Public Relations (PR) campaigns to proactively strengthen the corporate image and build public goodwill.
- Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and nurture influential, long-term relationships with journalists, industry opinion leaders, and key external partners.
- CSR Leadership: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and community investment initiatives.
Reputation Safeguarding & Crisis Control
- Grievance Resolution: Oversee a structured, constructive process for effectively handling and resolving all external grievances and public feedback.
- Crisis Preparedness: Develop, implement, and regularly drill the definitive Crisis Communication Playbook and protocols to ensure rapid and effective issue mitigation.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Academic: Bachelor's or Master's degree essential, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Strategic Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- Executive Track Record: A minimum of 10 years of progressive professional experience in Corporate Communications, with at least 5 years specifically dedicated to executive leadership and team management.
- Industry Experience: Significant, proven experience in a highly regulated sector (e.g., Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services) is highly preferred.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated history of successfully navigating complex media relations, driving robust integrated digital strategies, and materially building brand equity.
- Leadership & Poise: Exceptional executive presence, mastery of interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to lead confidently and effectively during high-stakes crisis scenarios.
- Bilingual Mandate: Flawless command of both Thai and English (written and spoken) is a non-negotiable mandatory requirement.
