Our client is seeking a Finance Support (1 year renewal contract) for their Thailand team. The role involves completing administrative tasks assigned by Business Administration Management and Professionals. The company offers a flexible and dynamic environment for personal and professional growth.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Handle billing process and ensure timely and accurate creation of invoices
  • Review and monitor service quotations, order costs, and internal credit notes
  • Monitor unbilled revenue and monthly cost developments to achieve profitability targets
  • Draft and review commercial terms and conditions of contracts and adhoc offers
  • Update list of service contracts and projects during extended warranty
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Maintain clean books and records in accordance with accounting guidelines
  • Coordinate with IB manager and CS Marketing team on installed base data and service contracts
  • Liaise with auditors during statutory audits
  • Continuously develop skills to adapt to financial accounting changes and digitalization
  • Perform export control checks, manual cost allocation, and price adjustments

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in similar finance operational role
  • Experience in change management and continuous improvement projects
  • Knowledge of maintenance services in healthcare industry, particularly medical
