About the job VP of Sales
An established and reputable foodservice distributor, specializing in premium imported ingredients for the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) sector, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead its commercial team in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share across the HoReCa sector.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the national sales team to achieve ambitious targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and catering groups.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to fuel sustainable growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies and ensure competitive positioning.
- Prepare regular forecasts, reports, and business plans for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles within the foodservice, FMCG, or hospitality distribution sectors.
- Strong network and proven success in the HoReCa market.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large, high-performing sales teams.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
