The Role

Our client, a pharma mnc, is looking for National Sales Manager. The role is a pivotal position as the company mature and develops overall sales objectives, goals and revenue of all the teams. The position will lead sales team, manage and grow product portfolio of Thailand market, target channels to achieve sales targets and other strategic objectives of the company.



Key responsibilities:

  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving/exceeding the companys sales goals.
  • Assist in the development of the sales plan, prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the Country Manager, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
  • Participate and initiate in development of budget and programs, working in collaboration with other functional head to drive the business towards achievement of company objectives.
  • Develop, execute, and benchmark key growth sales strategies and plan by channels and key stakeholders to ensure successful in-market sales execution in line with Marketing strategies.
  • Simplify necessity process; establish and design sales operation requirements to ensure execution plan and effective tracking sales operation and expenditures and align with cross functional collaboration.
  • Build and maintain effective communication channels among management and other departments and sales team to ensure smooth execution of business plans and strategies.
  • Ensure assess to market intelligence to develop a good understanding of sales management and business dynamics and to develop incisive strategies and action plans to address in-market opportunities.
  • Provide advice/recommendation and set sales benchmarking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in pharmacy or health science related.
  • More than 7 years of senior sales management level with P&L responsibility, experience in multi-channel pharmaceutical business (Hospital & OTC) required.
  • Background in women & mens Health therapeutics an advantage.
  • Strategic thinking and negotiation skill.
  • Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills coupled with decisive action planning and execution ability.
  • A high level of drive, innovation, and entrepreneur spirit.
  • Having balanced skill set that will enable to address both long-term strategic and shorter-term tactical customer needs.
  • Good planning as well as analytical ability data analysis, logical
    thinking, and research ability.
  • Mobility.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and a team player with positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written and proficiency in English and Thai.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer applications (Word, Excel, PPT and Internet); technology savvy.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and work under fast-tracked deadlines.
