Our client, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, is seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for spearheading the growth of their ethical business within the hospital channel, playing a key role in the launch of exciting new products and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for women's healthcare within the hospital setting.
  • Craft and implement a winning brand strategy to differentiate your products and capture market share.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns for specific products and product groups, driving awareness and adoption.
  • Provide expert technical and product training to both sales teams and healthcare professionals.
  • Organize and manage special events to support promotional efforts and achieve territory goals.
  • Forge effective partnerships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Build and maintain an active network of key decision-makers and influencers within the hospital channel.
  • Develop and manage yearly sales forecasts and promotional budgets for assigned products.
  • Drive achievement of annual sales goals while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with sales personnel to develop impactful promotional activities that meet sales objectives.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and comply with all company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Thai National
  • Good English Command
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital channel product management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Results-driven with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
