Executive Recruitment Researcher / Junior Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates from across the globe
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for various positions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process
• Pass the 90-day life science and recruitment industry intensive training program
• Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and regulatory changes
• Actively contribute to business development initiatives and expand the company's client portfolio

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse individuals
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment
• Previous work experience or study abroad is advantageous
