Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to support the organisations strategic and operational human capital needs. The HRBP will collaborate closely with senior leadership and business units to drive the implementation of HR initiatives that align with business goals and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing insight on HR trends, workforce planning, and organisational design.
  • Partner with business units to address key people issues, including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with Centre of Excellence teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards) to deliver seamless HR solutions.
  • Lead employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and compliance with employment legislation.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate change management and organisational development initiatives.
  • Drive employee experience strategies to support talent retention and satisfaction.
  • Support the annual HR cycle processes including workforce planning, compensation review, and talent reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in business partnering, talent strategy, and change management.
  • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are advantageous.
