About this Role:

As Head of Commercial, you'll lead our talented team of experts in achieving their ambitious vision. You'll be the brains behind their marketing and sales strategy, orchestrating B2C success and crafting a stellar Customer Service System. You'll also take the reins of our Digital Marketing & Analytics, wielding social media, website, and mobile app like potent weapons in our quest for health equity.

Responsbilities: 

- Develops marketing and sales strategy

- Ensures B2C sales effectiveness

- Builds top-quality Customer Service System

- Oversees Digital Marketing & Analytics: Social Medias, Website and Mobile application

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in leading businesses, preferably in the healthcare industry

- An entrepreneurial mindset: enjoys working in a fast-paced, start-up, environment

- Experience in setting up aspirational targets and following through.

- Strong structural, analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to build a winning team

- Can Do Attitude and Team Players

- Problem-solver and Decision-maker

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is preferred
