Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR strategy and advise senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Champion HR transformation modernizing processes, digital tools, and employee experience.
• Oversee recruitment and selection initiatives, talent development, and succession planning.
• Build and maintain robust performance management and capability-building frameworks.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture aligned with company values.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and compliance with labor laws.
• Deliver efficient HR operations, covering payroll, benefits, and employee administration.
• Establish and monitor HR policies, KPIs, and governance standards.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, salary benchmarking, and annual review cycles.
• Drive organizational development and support business transformation initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years HR experience with 5+ in HR leadership, ideally in large corporate environments.
• Proven expertise with local labor law and HR best practices; experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
