About the job I.T. Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT project manager with excellent English and Thai language skills, to Lead multiple projects and establish a Project Management Office (PMO), defining Dixon's project delivery approach and building a standardized set of PMO policies, processes and procedures.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Set project goals and build plans and teams to meet those goals.
  • Manage project reporting and communications.
  • Manage Project resources and budget.
  • Coordinate assigned project team members (Internal and external), defining schedules and responsibilities.
  • Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
  • Maintain the project risk and issue register.
  • Document instructions for end-users and assist with the testing of the final product.
  • Liaise with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
  • Implement IT PMO policies and strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Evaluate standards of component products and make recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, MIS/IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5 + years Project management experience
  • Strategic project management, planning & scheduling.
  • Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals. ( e.g.PRINCE2, Lean, Agile/Scrum, Kanban)
  • Assessing, testing & implementing IT tools/services and processes
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English and Thai).

Desirable skills:

  • PMP Certification highly preferred.
  • MCSE, or similar certification.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle.
