About the job Area Sales Executive (Fluent English, Chinese HSK4)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the oil and gas industry for pipeline inspection services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions that meet their specific challenges and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of pipeline inspection services and related technologies.
- Strong dales hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
