R&D Engineering Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in designing and developing complex products, robotics, and intelligent systems. Good knowledge of robot vision, autonomy, control systems, power electronics, data information, and sensing technologies.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work in diverse project teams.
• Expertise in schematic and PCB design (Altium PCB Designer preferred).
• Knowledge of mechanical, firmware, and software development.
• Willingness to travel; site visits are required.
• Fluent in English communication (TOEIC score 550 or higher).

Key Responsibilities

• Research innovative technologies to improve inspection systems or develop related equipment.
• Lead projects to maintain progress according to the timeline, troubleshoot, and provide suggestions when issues arise.
• Design and assemble innovative prototypes, test them, create reports, and summarize findings as needed.
• Investigate technical issues, create reports, present findings, and summarize them.
• Conduct on-site testing, troubleshooting, and provide suggestions to customers.
