About the job International Sales Executive
DEXON Technology Philippines (Based in Malvar, Batangas, Philippines)
Responsibilities:
- New Business Development:
Identify and win new NDT business opportunities in the international market, particularly in the oil and gas industry.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored NDT solutions.
- Proposal Preparation:
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with the technical and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Reporting:
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Market Trend:
Develop and implement effective sales tactics align with market trend to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Market Analysis: (Optional)
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be of Philippine nationality and currently residing in the Philippines.
- Minimum Experience of 3-5 years of sales experience in the non-destructive testing (NDT) services or related field, or preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge: Understanding of NDT services and the oil and gas industry is highly desirable.
- Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for business purposes both locally & internationally as required.
