Qualification/คุณสมบัติ

Education: Bachelors Degree in related field

Experience: At least 5 years' experience in Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System, ISO implementation and document control in related field. Certified The Internal Quality Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO/IEC17025, ISO/IEC17020

Key Job Responsibility/ หน้าที่รับผิดชอบหลัก

• Responsible to maintain and handle the documentation system, establishing, documenting, implementing and monitoring Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System and related system.
• To prepare and control the process of document of Internal & External documentation system for Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System and related.
• To review and registration documents and record control both of internal and external into a document control system.
• To recall and collected, controlled document from other departments and monitor expiring documents.
• Support and act as a team leader for both internal audit and external audit.
• Coordinate audit program with each department for preparation the system of quality, safety and environmental including tracking responses, audit, practice and follow up any reports during the audit.
• Act the Internal Quality Auditor for ISO 9001 ISO45001 ISO14001 and other systems.
• To coordinate with all departments about Risk Management and monitoring in additional control status.
• To monitoring the management system performance and ensure for continual improvement.

Other Job Responsibility/ หน้าที่รับผิดชอบอื่น ๆ

• Modify and update the procedures manual and forms used in the operating system of the company and maintain full control of all concerned Standards system documentation.
• Provide QSMS related trainings and guidance for the concerned employees of the company.
• Control disposal method of obsolete documentation.
• To be aware of ISO 9001 ISO45001 ISO14001, 5S and Safety.
• Support Safety job and other related jobs as assigned by the Manager
