The LMS Specialist is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of all LMS (Learning management system) content, defining the design standards, processes and procedures that make up the content management service.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Supporting the project team in deploying the LMS service
  • Actively seeking and creating relevant content to develop the LMS service.
  • Responding to requests for new E-Learning content, advising requestors on best practice and maintaining the content management database (CMBD).
  • Promoting the LMS service across the organization and actively seeking opportunities to increase the benefits to our employees.
  • Design and follow the content management process, ensuring content is reviewed, renewed, and retired as appropriate.
  • Manage our LMS and create reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in multi-media design, curriculum development, Learning technology or related field.
  • Previous LMS content creation experience or a Background in content or copywriting
  • Portfolio or sample of created e-learning courses for copywriting
  • Fluency in written and oral English and Thai
  • Ability to self-lead with outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to take complex information and transform it into engaging training material.
  • Presentation software experience (PowerPoint, PowToon etc.)

Desirable skills:

  • Experience in branding and brand compliance
  • Web design skills
  • Infographic creation
  • Photo and video editing
