Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

• Accounting, Logistic, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production
• Manage onboarding SAP Business One implementation life cycle from configuration to month-end closing and perform user support after go-live.
• Perform:
  • Requirements gathering,
  • problem analysis,
  • configuration,
  • data migration,
• prepare manual, testing, end user training and
• Perform post go-live support & prepare program spec for software customization.
• Provide specialist knowledge relating to the Accounting, Finance, Tax, Costing and fixed asset processes.
• Develop User Engagement/training material to support users in the new process, including:
  • presentation/demonstration,
  • building a user manual or video with SAP team.
• Perform Self-Learning/On the job training if needed.

Skills and qualifications:

• Male / Female Thai nationality,
• (Non-Thai who can read, write, understand Thai language are welcome)
• Proficient in English communication
• Bachelor's Degree or higher with background in Accounting, MIS or Software Engineering,
• Information Technology or related fields.
• Experiences in SAP Business One minimum 2 years
• Accounting background is preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Service-minded, self-motivated & fast learner.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, testing, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Possess strong customer orientation and Communication skills.
• Knowledge of Cloud platform is preferred.
